We are pleased to offer you our assistance in booking your accommodation at Unijia International Student Community. Unijia International Student Community is the international students dormitory, located at walking distance from Fudan University’s main gate and from the Wenke Building, where you will have most of your classes. Unijia is home to a large number of international students from all over the world, who are enrolled at Fudan University and other universities in the vicinity.
What are the advantages of booking your Unijia room through us?
Free of charge: we do not charge a service fee to help you book your room at Unijia.
No communication problems: we will communicate with Unijia on your behalf, and we will be thereat the arriving days to helpyou for a smooth check in;
Easy Payment: you pay yourtuition fees and Unijia room rental in one payment and don’t have to make separate payments to Unijia’s bank account in mainland China;
Better rooms: Edvance has a block reservation for (a limited number of) type A single room in Unijia Building 2, which are newly designed and most in-demand, and which will be available to CCSP students on a first pay first serve basis.
Get a discount: our students will enjoy a discount of 5 CNY per day from the standard Unijia roomrates.
Unijia offers different types of rooms, that include single-occupancy rooms with a private bathroom and double-occupancy rooms with a shared bathroom. The rooms are equiped with a bed/matrass, bedstand, desk and chair, wardrobe, clothes rack, water heater, air conditioner, washing machine and refrigerator.

After you have applied and have been admitted to the CCSP programme, we will send you the Unijia accommodation reservation form. Fill out what type of room you wish to book and the length of your stay there, and we’ll take care of the rest for you.
